it维护于一个企业而言重要吗？这是很多新建企业所关心的话题，一些新建企业为了能够有效的节约成本开支，不会将这方面的内容作重点关注，认为只要建设好网络之后只要在日常使用过程中不做调整就不会出现问题，在找专业的网络公司完成网络搭建之后便不会关注这方面的运维工作。
实际上这样的理解并不正确，要知道在企业中进行IT网络使用和个人用户进行网络使用有着本质性的差异，企业通常情况下会多人连接到网络中进行网络使用，而且由于在日常工作之中所牵涉到的各方面问题众多，会和多个不同的业务用户进行沟通，这种状态之下会有网络会议以及其他硬件耗材的添加以及使用等等，在实际的使用过程中出现问题的概率就会显著增加。
任何一个企业在经营过程中网络出现问题都不可避免，只是出现问题的频次是高是低而已，一旦网络出现问题以前没有关注到it维护这一事项，那么想要快速的将问题解决是非常困难的，关注到这一问题的企业用户在遇到问题时则能够快速的解决，例如一旦网络硬件设施无法工作时，可以直接通过IT桌面远程服务的方式获得外包运维公司的帮助，快速将问题解决掉，在这方面所花费的时间甚至只是几分钟而已。
对于没有关注到it维护服务的公司而言遇到这样的问题想要解决是非常麻烦的，首先要找网络公司进行详细问题了解，此后要沟通好在什么时间来进行维修，最后是在维修路途上的时间损耗问题，即使很微小的网络问题也需要一天左右的时间才能够解决，这无疑会对企业的正常运转造成严重影响，不仅会影响产品生产，甚至会影响到产品销售的各个环节，对企业的声誉造成负面评论影响，所以说关注到IT运维支持非常关键的，在企业建设初期就要将这一问题作为重点对象进行对待。
