当前IT运维模式下的运维难题应如何解决

随着 IT 建设的不断深入和完善,计算机硬软件系统的运行维护已经成为了各行各业单位领导、信息服务部门普遍关注和不堪重负的问题。为了满足企业实现IT高效运维的需求，IT运维外包业务应运而生并逐渐形成一种模式。
在当前IT运维模式逐渐形成的前提下，种种运维难题也随之而来。为此，有着多年IT运维经验的同创双子信息技术股份有限公司对当前的运维模式进行了系统分析并提出了有效的解决方案。
对于一个企业而言，信息安全是尤为重要的。当IT实现运维外包时，由于第三方代维人员非企业内部编制，且流动性比较大，维护人员甚至于可以自带设备到机房并接入生产网络。所以，为了防止信息泄露等情况的发生，传统解决方案都是通过复杂、繁锁的身份认证强化和操作审计来解决问题的，而同创双子则是通过虚拟桌面架构提供集中安全运维管理平台，将内部员工和第三方代维人员的运维桌面和调试工具统一部署在服务器上，所有运维人员只能通过集中运维桌面平台对核心生产区的系统和设备进行维护和管理。
